Why I’m Grateful for Every “No”

A “no” can sting—but it’s often the boundary that builds you.

I’ve had proposals rejected that later made room for better partnerships. Every closed door taught me to refine, not retreat.

Rejection redirects. It clears space for alignment. When you view “no” as protection instead of punishment, confidence replaces fear.

This week, list three times a setback eventually became a setup. Gratitude rewrites the story.
