The Business: The owner is a local contractor with limited web presence. His business wasn’t showing up on local searches for their main services. He contacted us because he wanted to get his phone ringing, especially for the summer – his busy season.

- Cleaned up NAP (Name, Address, Phone) inconsistencies across directories.
- Optimized their Google Business Profile with categories and service areas and keyword-rich descriptions.
- Provided him with an easy link to give to his clients to help collect the reviews he needs, and even responded to new reviews to free up his time.
- Posted weekly updates to his listing and Facebook page. These posts included fresh mini-blogs, videos, photos, and highlighted reviews.
The Outcome (after 90 days)

As you can see, he started off with his listing being 20+ on Google. Within 90 days we were able to “lighten up his service area” with many more green (Top 5), yellow (Top 10), and orange (Top 20).
