My Faorite PM Tool
Project management software is definitely a personal issue. I’ve worked with several, but Nifty is the first one that really clicked for me. It’s easy to setup, the task management and other functions are easy to navigate, and my clients have found it to be pretty easy to send messages, add documents, etc.
My favorite Help Desk Tool
If you teach clients how to accomplish software-related tasks, this is an excellent tool to use. GetScreen.me allows me to remotely control their computer when they get stuck. It’s very easy to record the training sessions and communicate using the GetScreen.me interface.
